I’m also an Australian, and I do understand why guns are important. Imagine if the kids were taught discipline and control, taught how to respect a firearm, when to use if, and how to look after it. Every school would be a school of Kyle Rittenhouse and this illegal Mexican faggot would have been full of holes before he’d even have a shot at anyone.

I take my grandkids for hunters safety at 8 years old. I buy them their first weapon at 10. They are deer hunting at 11 in the youth hunts. They go to the range with me monthly. We are small game hunting as soon as they can handle a 410 single shot.
My kids and now grandkids respect the power and lethality of firearms. They can field strip their weapons and always show them the proper respect.

I wish my dad had done that for me. I wanted to shoot so badly when I was a kid. My dad would take my brother to the wild life club to learn gun safety and shooting but not me because I was a girl. I did take hunter's safety in Ag class though and I still remember much of what I learned even though it's nearly 40 years now.

I have quite a bit of family in Aus. I only keep in touch with a couple of them. The rest are brainwashed beyond belief. One of the few cousins I stay in touch with has kept me on top of what's really going on over there.
