That's more likely than this story! There is no way he was booked with a .08 BAC. He was either 10x and likely to kill or this story is comms.
Bail was only 5 grand. Wish they would have made it a lot higher.

He should not get any special treatment (better or worse) than any other John Q. Citizen who gets arrested for DUI.
Disagree. Compensation should be made for all the times he has been given special treatment. It must be equalized.
