From its ruins, a economy of organic growth with real value can be built in a exchange of mutual benefits for all.
The invisible hand of the free markets by the people for the people has moral and social aspect that influence the allocation decisions of resources that benefits the population at large.
Only a sociopath destroys his own home, this silicone solider has no skin in the game, and the concepts of mutually assure destruction and or benefits do not compute in a real world, real time equation.
Back to the way it was, before institutionalized market manipulation.

When I was a kid, I had just realized how corrupt (really no idea how really corrupt it is compared to now) the world was with Dick Cheney and a Blackwater. Then a few years later when I started to get a 401k from work and was looking at funds I saw Blackrock. I was like I bet it would make big money bc it sounds like the same corrupt scheme as Blackrock. But stupid me at the time was like….no that’s stupid…..let me just invest in the S&P……
