I believe this to be the case. They had to find a way to communicate with one another to let the others know "I am still dedicated to the cause." Fauci a week or so ago decided to announce that he "will not be here in 2024, despite who is President." That was a bit....weird. But seems like that statement was a tip off that "I know now that there will be no way out of this for me." Telling the others of his surrender?

Tested Positive means they confessed and taking a deal. Their execution will be out of the public eye. Execution will be portrayed as a suicide, or some sort of accidental death. Their reputation and legacy will be preserved.
Tested Negative for CV means no confession so they are going to trial after worldwide mass arrests. If convicted, their reputation and legacy will be destroyed.
Self Quarantined means under house arrest either under federal agent guards or ankle bracelet
Self Quarantined, CV Exposure means detained and being questioned by authorities

Gee, Utah's dumbass governor is supposed to be tested positive again. Seems to me those who jabbed and boosted will always be producing the spike protein which will always be picked up by the bogus PCR test.
So I just interpret this as "I am a VAXXED and boosted idiot whose body will always be producing the COVID spike proteins."
