While that's a lovely thought (and in keeping with what I think was the purpose of Q), to do all that the military would HAVE to rely on trusted and vetted civilians as a force multiplier. There simply are not enough people in active service to make this happen, at least the education part. Trusted civilian volunteers could also basic functional jobs to release military in those jobs to do more important "take back" jobs.
Just sayin'.... I would volunteer for whatever.... typing, cooking, driving....
Flipping and then using the very same media assets that got us here in the first place would make this much easier. Throwing some Generals on tv and radio for a few weeks using the EBS to explain what's happening will change alot very fast. But 4-6% will be lost forever.
It would only need to happen in about 10 major cities. You only take control of infrastructure and limited government institutions like comms, police, city admin, ems. Theybdont kick everyone out, they come in and piggy back the leadership and then move them out in sequence gradually becoming the replacement leadership while continuity in serving emoyees continues. The 3-letter agencies have to be disbanded, all the bidet Royal Fiats rolled back, the traitors in Kongress exposed and punished...and on and on and on. A very great deal of manpower will be required, likely more than the military could supply.
Unfortunately most people use that term to mean chaos or lawlessness. When used as defined, it pretty much means the exact opposite. What we have now is chaos and lawlessness. Anarchy means no one is above the law and morality, not even the ruling class. It's as right as one can go.
