In a way I feel bad for the dude. He should be retired and enjoying his life, walking his dogs, riding his bike, driving his convertible, whatever the fuck.
I question if he should even be in prison, in an ideal world. Because I think he's too senile to even know what he's being told to say and do.
He may be old and senile now, but he has lived his whole life benefitting himself and his family at the expense of others. Don’t want him in prison? I’m sure that can be arranged. Wouldn’t hurt my feelings at all to see him dispatched away to his Judgment Day.
