I made the bad joke. Normally I love to bust religious balls, but I'm 100% with you on this one. I don't need gods in the sky to tell me killing babies is wrong.
There are a good number of atheist pro-lifers out there, and I love how that fact always baffles the pro-aborties. They're like "why aren't you on our side?" Most atheist pro-lifers respond with, "because that baby is a human, and killing humans is wrong, it's that simple"
Well, there's still some work to be done. Why is it wrong to kill people?
And I keep trying to tell people there are different kinds of atheists. There are the kool-aid haired weirdos that have no idea why they're suddenly atheists, someone told them to be so. There are others... I spent a lot of time on religion. I just can't. It's a lie. Some religions have a lot of good and truth in them, that's why people like it. But then it's wrapped up in a ball of nonsense. I'm going to take the good and from any and all off them and dispense with the fluff.
Good and evil are real. Gods are not. Let's all work to be our best right here, right now. Every day. We can save ourselves from ourselves!
Well I respectfully disagree with you on there being no God, that is something I truly believe, but I can't make you believe, that's obviously something you need to decide for yourself. But I'm just glad that people from all walks of life realize that innocent human lives must be protected.
Which chapter in the Bible commands us to keep that feast?
I see the Feast of Trumpets, the Feast of Tabernacles, the Feats of Unleavened Bread and the Feast of Weeks, but I haven't seen this feast of the sacred heart anywhere yet.
Every day belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Awesome picture.
I guess 70 million was his limit!
God gave man free will. And finally we’ve done something right with it.
I hear you, but the OP was "Jesus had enough and did this".
Kind of a very dark, sad joke. Sorry if it was too much. We all have or own ways dealing with these things. I probably shouldn't have said it.
Didn't mean the title as a joke. God indeed gave us free will, and man chose to kill off innocents. Jesus said "Enough" and put a stop to it.

coincidence? maybe. Irrelevant? Definitely. Catholic invented feelgood junk that has no scriptural relevance has significance? No.

Must be a chapter I haven't read yet.
Please do not be a downer. The point of this post is to show that there are no coincidences. Today is a day to honor Jesus and His great mercy.
Tradition existed before the new testament
Every organized religion gets politicized & co-opted by the dark forces.. some more than others, it happens in religion just like in politics
So celebrating Jesus is a specifically Catholic thing?
And I'm pointing out that Roe was overturned on the Feast of Jesus' Sacred Heart, that has nothing to do with Q.
I love this!
And the anniversary of His mother's first appearance at Medjugorje.
I have extreme apprehensions about the validity of Medjugorje.
the Church does not recognize it either
