I never swore such an oath, because I never worked for the feds.
The people created the constitution. Those who work in the fed gov are bound by it. By becoming a fed, you LOSE freedoms. You become a public SERVANT. Another word for servant is SLAVE.
A servant is to serve. To serve others and God is our greatest calling. When I swore an oath to constitution, I swore an oath on a divinely inspired document to serve others by protecting their god given rights against all enemies foreign and domestic.
Definitely! Build your own assets is the main premise of our economic system. Even if you work for yourself, you are exchanging goods and services with other people and businesses.
Thus, any time you spend working for someone else, you are failing to work for yourself. That is pretty much the essence of slavery. You do the work, someone else eats the bread.
