Clown world. There's no such thing as an "immune system". The Rockefeller establishment medicine cartel made it up in 1972 in order to steal more money from the gullible masses. They simply hijacked the lymphatic system and made up a few new types of cells, and voila, there it was, never seen or discovered before. Laughable and blatantly obvious once you see through the deception.
Germ theory is a hoax, and thus, once understood, there obviously isn't any need for an "immune system" because there is nothing to be "immune" to!

That's probably what 99% of the popular alternative medical practitioners would tell you. I happen to disagree with them also, but it's a much better theory nonetheless.
I believe all dis-ease issues FROM our monkey-mind thoughts - psychosomatic in origin. When an unexpected event in life occurs that results in eliciting fear, anger, worry, separation, loss, guilt, failure, mistakes, self-devaluation, etc. etc. etc. from us, the body adjusts organs, bones and tissues to help us compensate during the period of conflict, either by removing or proliferating new cells to improve function. When the conflict is resolved, the body then rebuilds or removes those cells --- and this part is what we call "Dis-ease", which is more accurately defined as a "restoration to homeostasis".
I do not believe that germs, toxins, carcinogens, genetics, family history, diet, malnutrition, exercise, etc. etc. are the cause of disease ---- because there is precisely ZERO PROOF that any of these things are true. In fact, careful study of each of these theories results in learning that none are in fact even remotely true.
The deceptions run deep. The reason most people refuse to accept this assessment is due to the MASSIVE demoralization campaign running deeply through all facets of our lives, especially in the medical arena, that promotes an endless smorgasbord of VICTIM CONSCIOUSNESS. It's easy to blame someone/something else for our woes. We've been trained since birth to do this, so it's perfectly understandable why so many are unwilling to consider this alternative.
The great benefit to considering what I'm saying is that it is LIBERATING to realize is that you're 100% in control of your health. Unfortunately, very few are yet ready to be liberated. Herein lies the rub.

How do you explain Koch's postulates
Koch's postulates are perfectly logical. Unfortunately, nobody has ever used them to prove the germ theory ---- EVER! Neither for non-existent viruses, nor bacteria. Germ theory was debunked 150 years ago.
The deceivers tried to downgrade Koch's postulates to "River's postulates" and still couldn't prove contagion. They both fail, every single time. But that doesn't stop the lying virologists from CLAIMING they fulfilled Koch's Postulates. But funny thing, when you read their "Methods" section, they did no such thing.
There have been exactly ZERO scientific experiments demonstrating human-to-human transmission of disease. We've seen 14 mentions, 8 showing results, and all failed. And those 14 examples were hard to find too!
Germ theory is one lie stacked on top of another, and another, and another.
