So with the stickied post about Lake Mead and Vegas and all the talk of droughts. I feel like we should discuss possible solutions.

Personally, I'm of the opinion most of this is artificial because the cabal is manipulating the weather (which we all know they do) in order to create an artificial drought in the west. Get rid of that weather manipulation, or even better, turn it around and use it to force rain in places that need it in order to get water levels back up to snuff, and this will probably be solved in a month max.
Of course I'm open to other solutions. I've seen people mention that this can be solved with different government policies, which I don't really see how, but that's the point of this thread. To discuss solutions to the water problem in the medium-long term in a post cabal world/
It's really quite simple. We pass a law that completely removes all three letter agencies from government, give control of The Ship back to We The People, and all our problems disappear.
Then we do as you suggest, we make it rain.
The reason for the water shortage isn’t lack of rain. It’s because the water is being used by the White Hats to flood the DUMBs beneath Lake Mead. Once that operation is complete it’ll go back to normal.

I live here. There is no reason (other than manufactured) for the water level to be this low.
If they want to refill it and make it look "natural," ideally they'd do it around Aug or so with the monsoons we get. But, that is also with risks. During monsoon we have severe flash flooding which leads to deaths every year.
Or, they just want to find Jimmy Hoffa in the bottom of the lake. lol
And this certainly fits with the ole 'watch the water' mantra if indeed they are flushing out thousands of miles of underground tunnels.

Water is one of the most abundant molecules on this planet... we have no shortage of water. We pump natural gas and oil all over the planet using pipelines... but we can't build a few desalination plants to pump water all over?

Southern California and the SW U.S. has been in severe droughts many times in the historical past. The recent 2012-16 drought was, for most of Southern California, the driest or second-driest five-year drought in the long-term record dating back to the 1400s according to tree rind data. California is back in another serious drought since 2018.
The only possible solution is to conserve water however possible. Look at Cape Town, South Africa as an example of successful water conservation. Build more storage reservoirs, stop wasting water on some high water requirement agricultural products that can equally be produced elsewhere.
There is no single solution. The only solution is an All-Of-The-Above effort to collectively save water and stop squandering it.
The California "drought" is a huge lie. A lie to control the people and their land. In areas throughout northern California counties, the local governments are making it illegal (yes, ILLEGAL) to drill a well. Families with small parcels of land are being forced to move because of the "drought" and their inability to obtain water, a basic human right. Meanwhile, orchard after orchard in the same area is thriving. Drought my ass. A drought means no water, no orchards, no green hills with tons of green trees. The drought lie has all been part of the long-term plan to push regular families out of the countryside and into the cities where they can be controlled. Then Gates-of-Hell and other DS fools can continue buying up the farmland, which has been happening at ridiculous rates. These huge corporations are growing crops to export around the world while denying Californians the ability to grow just enough for their own family to survive. I have seen so much of this first-hand, seen families driven into dirty cities because they are being denied water and electricity. The drought lie is killing families, and good people sit around and believe it because they have no personal experience to counter the lies. It's a damn shame.
