From what I understand on that case, which is little right now. It seems that the outcome of this case is about who has Authority to govern we the people. This is all I know for now.
This case is Yuge imo.
My reaction to seeing Greg Phillips' post https://i.imgflip.com/49a5w7.jpg
Roberts is still Chief Justice, at least officially if not in actuality.
I just did a short dig and was surprised to learn that "Chief Justice" is only referred to once in the Constitution (regarding impeachment proceedings), but doesn't specify how one is chosen. The takeaway, if Republicans retake Congress, it seems they could change who the Chief Justice is, and certainly if a new Republican President is elected in 2024, there could be a change. I vote for Clarence Thomas :)

I tried to say this wouldn’t affect the federal government directly and I felt God saying no it will so I can’t say that right now. I don’t know if it will disband them but we will eventually be free from many yokes, this could even be simple things like federal taxes and local government is king once again. Local government is the way it was meant to be and then you and I can get direct representation from someone we know or can know, unlike some figure in Washington that is far away.
It will give legal president to dismis any case where the accused is being charged with crimes or violations that are not fully 100% legislated. So for example if I were charged with not wearing a mask in a federal building, they would have to eat shit. There is no president because there is no law. Three letter agencies don’t make law and three letter agencies have the tendencies to use bully tactics to get someone to plea so they win their case and enforce their power. It’s the beginning of actually fixing our completely broken justice system. Now we just need to find a way to hold them just as accountable as they have held us for the last 50+ years
authority to delegate unelected faggots to do whatever they want
Well certainly only people we allow to, which is the point of a government for the people, by the people.
It's whether government agencies can regulate specific things without congress approval, hence there is no congressional oversight kinda like the CIA. I believe the argument here is who has the power to regulate, federal agency vs congress. I think this is bigger than we think because this would include the FED also. The whole monetary system. Congress would have more power, but it goes with the same as roe vs Wade, states have the right to regulate themselves and make their own laws, but with this overturned it should mean that states do not have to abide by any federal regulation/agencys laws, etc
