6 BILLS FROM GUN BAN PACKAGE MOVE TO GOVERNOR'S DESK
June 30, 2022. Yesterday, 6 of the bills from Gov. Murphy's gun ban package passed both the Assembly and the Senate, primarily along party lines. Those bills are now sitting on the Governor's desk, and could be signed into law by him at any time. The bills are:
A-1765 - the "industry-killer bill.
A-4368 - microstamping
A-4370 - ban on gun ownership without training
S-1204 - registration double-standard for new residents
S-2846 - 10 years in jail for previously-legal kit guns
S-2905 - Bans .50 BMG firearms

He's in a panic because it just became easier to conceal carry thanks to the SC. The applications are through the roof and he can't do a thing about it
Got to be unconstitutional. "Shall not be infringed" means pretty much that. Didn't these guys take 5th grade civics?
Do what everyone else does, sell the mag and the spring separately
The ability to shoot police officers taking orders from tyrannical oppressor's die first.... then the politicians, then their families and then and only then do we hold new elections with new understandings of what is and is not acceptable.

Mag bans are fucking dumb. It 's just as easy to load a mag in 2 seconds and continue busting caps. Give me all the data and studies you want on how this would make a difference, I don't care, it's really fucking stupid and not a solution. Just like banning AR's when nearly every gun crime and suicide is normally done with handguns. These people want to implement mag restrictions because they know it will impact guns which aren't compatible with lower cap mags. ALL of this is such an irrelevant move by these government hacks.
