I wonder if there was ever a time when people (politicians) did the right thing simply because it was the right thing. I think there was a time like that, but this current congress - I have zero confidence that they would do the right thing. They are corrupt to the core.
All it takes is "We the People". Nothing more. We make the ultimate laws in the end. Process is what they created to delay, delay, delay. All we have to do is peacefully stand.
Everybody knows that the resident is radioactive. Need to do something soon. Important to do the right thing. Most realize what that is too. Nothing can stop what's coming.
Yup. Plenty good reason. But if Congress is going to change it, they'd have to carry out the impeachment, or do the 25th. And Kamala would still be a pesky issue. If the Supreme Court acted, that would be another matter...
We could do well to quit thinking any of this will result in a new president. Not happening. Is delusional thinking.
Why does it require a majority vote in the house and 2/3rds of senators to impeach and remove a president, but so many think that 3 states could remove a president? That is simply ungrounded in reality. Just imagine a close election where a single large state throwing a tantrum could cause chaos like this. Such a scenario is exactly why this is not ever happening.
What this does do is make Biden illegitimate in the eyes of the public. Well...those that have had their eyes closed all this time. And it might actually lead to impeachment, depending on whether anyone with a nutsack is going to start spilling the beans on every higher up involved in this shit show.
People talking about secret supreme court decisions and other nonsense need to give it a rest. We don't have secret supreme court activity. It is either on the docket or it is not. They don't even have a say in any of this anyway. This is a problem that congress both caused and gets to fix. If they ever get around to fixing it that is...
I don't think there is a Constitutional means to remove a president after he has assumed office other than impeachment or 25th Amendment. Only way that Trump is coming back before 2024 is for him to become Speaker of the new Congress and for Dumb and Dumber to be impeached. That is what I am hoping for but I don't think the Plan has that in mind. We will see soon!
The states aren't the last stop. It is Congress's job to certify the Presidential electoral count. They did. They rubber stamped the fraud. Now we could get into a discussion on whether or not the electoral count act of 1876 is constitutional or not. I don't believe it to be a constitutional act. But it has been on the books since...1876...so this is what we have got. They knew there was fraud; they concocted a j6 erection larp to avoid having to discuss it on national television. They could have voted to reject electors from known problem states. They did not. The idea that somehow a single state, or small number of states can throw the entire federal government into crisis long after the fact by withdrawing their electors by a simple majority vote in the legislature is ridiculous. It simply doesn't work that way.
Stop letting these state legislatures off the hook. You really think that PA/GA/WI/AZ/NV/MI and others truly "lacked the necessary evidence that fraud occurred changing the outcome" of the 2020 election on a massive scale in their states? Lets get real. Those cucks were in on it too. They shouldn't get a pass on it. All of them should have exercised their plenary power under the electors clause and removed the certification of fake electors sent by the state executive, and substituted their own. Which has been done before. Yet they didn't. And they want some attaboy pats on the back for thinking about doing on the verge of 2 years later...My God have standards plummeted around here...just think about Arizona and Wisconsin. About 5% of the known evidence is sufficient to call the entire count into question and invoke the legislature's right to select the electors. And we had probably 10x that in the 2-3 weeks following the 2020 election. These fuckwits STILL have not "decertified" and yet here we are going "omfg that'll get em! we will magically get to choose Trump just cuz 3 states got their shit together nearly 2 years later...yes! that is the way!" This is fools errand type of thinking. It ain't gonna happen that way. Impeachment is the only way.
But that doesn't mean decertification shouldn't happen. Of course it should. Nothing condemns this asshat any stronger than this. But it won't remove him. Only Congress can remove the executive.

Exactly. Throw it back to the states.
All it takes is "We the People". Nothing more. We make the ultimate laws in the end. Process is what they created to delay, delay, delay. All we have to do is peacefully stand.
But the Red Wave eveyone is talking about includes bunches of RINOs. How would they vote on something like that???
Trump has been endorsing MAGA candidates like crazy! I think we'll have a slew of good conservatives like Kari Lake!
He endorsed a slew of establishment RINOs in Ohio.
Everybody knows that the resident is radioactive. Need to do something soon. Important to do the right thing. Most realize what that is too. Nothing can stop what's coming.
They'd still need an official reason to remove the Joe and the Kam. The 25th on both? Maybe she'd be persuaded to resign. Impeachment?
Or just pull up the curtains and put 'em in chains?
They don't need any other reason than fraud.

But, if the 3 states withdraw certification, doesn't that mean Biden did NOT get the required number of votes to win?

Unless MAGA congress creates new law using their super majority that creates that path. It's possible.
