Our education system is a failure of the highest sort. Im 27 so I'm not that far out of it yet, and I can confirm it's a cesspool of liberal ideology and anyone with conservative values and/or common sense is a rarity. And often those people keep to themselves. Professors often speak their political opinion either in off hand comments or just straight up. Didn't run into any "reeeeeee" rants in college thankfully, but I knew the political opinions of a lot of people and I didn't even have to ask kek

When I went to college over 15 years ago, I took a human sexuality class. We watched porn including gay porn and they had a grab bag of sex toys that got passed around the class as "prizes". At the time, I thought it was strange. But now, I am furious they do this disgusting shit in college while charging thousands to students who have no chance of paying it back.
