Many effects of toxins are cumulative and effects aren't seen until years later, if at all....like UV exposure, although not a toxin.

I remember getting a huge bag of skittles in a wholesale candy place, like the equivalent to at least 30 regular small ones, and finishing half of it in one sitting while watching Tron on TNT when I was a kid, good times.
I grew out of it though.
