He doesn't need anything more than a two-bit attorney to argue that Twitter is the one in breach of the agreement. The court will immediately require Twitter to provide the disclosure they are obligated to in the purchase agreement. That disclosure will show Twitter engaged in fraud in valuing the business for years. Shareholder lawsuits will pick that business apart like crab legs served on a seafood buffet.
Something I read/saw the other day mentioned a term, no idea what it was, but basically after the purchase he found something differing, like bot count, he would be able to reverse the sale, or null and void it.
I'm sure this won't be the end of the Musk/Twitter saga...
"Chancery court." It tells you exactly what Delaware thinks about the US Constitution. Musk can appeal this decision to the next higher court, if there even is one. He should also enumerate to the public exactly what terms twitter has breached in their purchase agreement.
I want to see an audit of all the hardware twitter owns. Let's see how much of it is actually owned by entities outside of twitter. Let's see the receipts for all of their computer hardware.
Elon’s got “Go fuck yourself” levels of cash. If he really wanted to. He could tie the case up for years with legalese bullshit.
