I'm confused by this because whenever a lefty bitch said no to Trump, he would call them out on Twitter, why didn't he call out Pelosi for this? Seems like he should've and then he could rub it in their face.
My question is why, if he was that concerned, didn't he just call in the NG himself?
Something of that importance, and he trusts Pelosi and Bowser to do it?

Because the rioters were paid by the DNC and they didn't need the National Guard to be there to stop them. Trump knew they would turn it down, this was a big play by him!
But if the rioters were lefties, why is MTG so upset about them “rotting in prison?” And why did Trump say “we love you - you’re very special” that day? I can believe the DNC would pay rioters, but this doesn’t add up.
When I look up who is responsible for calling on the National Guard for DC, it says the President, as Commander-In-Chief is the one who is responsible.
"The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President. "
The President of the United States has precedence over the Mayor of DC and the Speaker of the House.
If he wanted 10-20,000 National Guard there, why did he not order them there?
Why, if he was concerned, did he trust Bowser and Pelosi to handle this?
And while Bowser may request the NG, she can not issue the orders.

No. The media was prepping to paint Trump further as a bully. If he ordered the NG to take action, imagine those news reports of the US President ordering the military to “assault” the American people! I’m glad he did nothing. It was the lesser of the 2 evils the media was giving.
