I don't think I'd even put balloons in my yard or any demarcation for showing the birth of a baby. We can't be too careful these days! (Not saying they did, but I wouldn't draw attention to having a newborn.)

Thanks. In all the news stories I could find on this incident, all of them seemed to be going out of their way to avoid showing a photo of her. But this is interesting; if you watch the video, all the mothers they talked to are black. Hmmm.....
So how does some random bystander know the addresses of families that have young girls? Their families were entered into the charity systems perhaps as clients? Or is she just one boots-on-the-ground of many working for a whole child-grabbing pedo ring, parceling out all the targets for abduction?
Our local newspaper prints birth announcements - birth date, parents names and sex of child. The hospital in our area also does on their website (with consent). Not sure if this is done everywhere but it is so easy to "find" people and their addresses now that it could definitely lead to sickos using the info for evil purposes.

It appears Charity Together is involved in recovery programs for addicts and underprivileged children.
So I unfortunately assume this is the case.
