It is more than likely that Joe won't make it until the new congress is sworn in, which mean the TOE will be in the White House, unless the law is enforced that requires a person be a 'Natural Born Citizen' in order to be president, which means Crazy Nancy would be the President.
Unless she is installed as President before the new Congress is sworn in. This could happen if senile Joe goes down, and the TOE is declared ineligible due to her parents not being citizens when she was born.
