Lol, and put them before the same supreme court that ruled (without reasons or even giving Texas a chance to speak to standing at all) that Texas had no standing to bring Constitutional disputes with another state before the court having original jurisdiction to hear such cases?
They overruled Roe v. Wade to make abortion a state-by-state issue right before a critical midterm. You do know they didn't do this because they're on your side, right? And you do know they legalized concealed carry everywhere to prepare for an upcoming wave of mass shootings committed by people with licenses and legal guns, right?
The system isn't going to fix itself.
The Texas case was tossed because of the wording which counts big time in legal proceedings. When the case was sent back to Texas, SCOTUS included what changes were needed to make it acceptable.
So the blame at this point lies with Paxton??
If Paxton filed it, then yes. Could be part of the plan - that's above my pay grade but I definitely remember that it was the wording that got it tossed back from SCOTUS to Texas and that the needed corrections were included.
But why has there not been the needed corrections completed and then re-file?
That I do not know - could it be that maybe the kerfuffle caused by this was intentional as it brought more attention to the fraud?
And by that time it became inconceivable to remove Biden. Worse, Texas was right and it all got hung up on legal wordplay.
Not possible for concealed carry to increase mass shootings because mass shootings are always committed with an AR-15.

I don’t think it will increase mass shootings. Either. But the only answer I can come up with for why they allowed that ruling to go through is, the government will use it as an excuse to ramp up their staged mass shootings then blame the increase on the SC ruling permitting concealed carry and propose, as a response, severely curtailed gun rights, again.
