K2 removes calcium from the arteries and chaperones the calcium to where it is needed like the teeth, bones, and other areas where calcium is needed. Does it remove calcium from our pineal gland? Is that why I'm sleeping better and not getting panic attacks anymore because I'm removing calcium from my blood and arteries? I don't know but it seems to be working for me.
Do you want to know what else regulates calcium in the body? Boron does.
By taking borax, I was able to completely eliminate the painful arthritis I had in my shoulders and knees. I was able to throw a baseball and do bench presses again. It was amazing to find out I was, like over half of Americans, boron deficient. I told 3 other people about it having problems with arthritis and they too reversed their arthritis as well. If you want to read about this, the article is called -- "The Borax Conspiracy". It has 26 sources to which you can read the academic studies with web links.
Boron is distributed throughout the body with the highest concentration in the parathyroid glands, followed by bones and dental enamel. It is essential for healthy bone and joint function, regulating the absorption and metabolism of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus through its influence on the parathyroid glands. With this boron is for the parathyroids what iodine is for the thyroid.
Boron deficiency causes the parathyroids to become overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone which raises the blood level of calcium by releasing calcium from bones and teeth. This then leads to osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis, osteoporosis and tooth decay. With advancing age high blood levels of calcium lead to calcification of soft tissues causing muscle contractions and stiffness; calcification of endocrine glands, especially the pineal gland and the ovaries; arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, and calcification of the kidneys ultimately leading to kidney failure. Boron deficiency combined with magnesium deficiency is especially damaging to the bones and teeth.
I stir a teaspoon of Borax in a liter of water (slightly heat to dissolve) and take 60 ml of it every other day. This is 36 mg boron At first it was 15 -20 ml every day, then after a while I increased the level.
It's pretty amazing stuff and the reason why Borax is demonized and banned in Australia.
At least 10 years. Just had a blueberry smoothie this morning with 50 mL Borax concentration solution and 50 mL of colloidal minerals. My wife drinks this amount straight in a glass.
Also, 8-weeks of consuming a daily dose of 22 grams of freeze-dried blueberry powder resulted in 5.1% and 6.3% reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
"Many patients on antihypertensives [pharmaceuticals] experience less than a 5% decrease in overall blood pressure and here we clearly have a natural product that may eventually outperform well known drugs," Dr. Anais Archambeault said.
...and you have been taking the minerals 20 years? Did you have arthritis before starting the borax? Thank you for sharing your experience. Very interesting.
Yea. For minerals 20 years....It was in 1996 -97 that I first listened on cassette tape "Dead Doctors Don't Lie". It was then I did my own research and was convinced Joe Walloch was on to something and started buying colloidal minerals.
I had excruciating arthritis in my shoulders before learning about Borax solution/boron. I couldn't sleep on my sides and raising my arms even hurt. I even had to sell my kayaks because the rowing was just to painful. Bench presses? Dips? Military presses? Had to give all of that up too. I never knew what was ailing me and theorized it was rotator-cuff tears or bursitis. I learned about the "Borax Conspiracy" from a friend, read the article and reviewed the listed studies. After that, I then started taking it. It was months later when I discovered I could throw a baseball again. I lift weights now, and we're talking about getting another kayak.
I personally don't like the idea of supplementing minerals due to the multivitamin industry, I believed long ago they were poisoning people by either including or excluding 1 of a hundred ingredients that could be very important for a specific individual. Even so, I'm liking the science I'm seeing in regards to boron as being one of Q's "cures already exist"
Do you think the minerals are good for you? If I understand correctly the boron allows for mineral transport and without it the cells, membranes, tissues etc become "clogged" with calcium and other micronutrients while the body struggles to produce higher levels of hormones in an attempt to fix the imbalance...
I'm wondering what were the initial benefits you observed 20 years ago when you started taking them? As for the decade you were taking them before adding the boron, what was the timeline for the arthritis? Do you think it could have been from the colloidal minerals?
Yes! about 2000-5000 IU a day with 180-360 mcg K2 (MK7). When I was taking 2000 IU of D3 everyday I would once and awhile feel lightheaded and felt like I was having breathing problems or something, I felt like my blood oxygen was low. Then I started taking 180mcg of K2 and I feel like a million bucks! No more symptoms. I think I had way too much calcium floating in my blood taking D3 everyday.. I just felt lightheaded and panicky sometimes, but no more. I literally feel like a new person, it's freakin' awesome.
Know your supplements. There are differences between K1 and K2.
We have taken Vitamin K2 MK7 for well over a year now. Studies and information are available to help you assess for yourself.
Vitamin K1 is plant derived and deals with blood clotting. Vitamin K2 is important to skeletal health and the movement of calcium from the blood system to the skeleton, including removing all calcium deposits from teeth (dental plaque).
WARNING: VITAMIN K IS OFF LIMITS TO PEOPLE ON BLOOD THINNERS BECAUSE VIT K INCREASES BLOODS CLOTTING FACTOR.
not k2. that's k1
What is eye-opening about K2. I'm interested. Can you summarize?

Thanks for this info. I have osteoarthritis and it is just like you have described. I would LOVE to be rid of it. Things help but it is not gone.
Your link didn't work...I found this https://pforlife.com/borax-conspiracy.html
How long have you been doing this protocol?
Do you think it helps?

Are you taking it with D3? It’s anti inflammatory and boosts the immune system

Apparently it literally causes the eye sockets to physically open an additional 8.5% Shifty-Shit Schiff supposedly ingests a lot of the stuff :0)
I didn't realize semen was high in vitamin K.
Thank You dear!

I take the Super K from Life Extension (plus 10,000 IU vitamin D) daily...pricey but I am glad to see the benefits. Good lecture.
just make sure to keep an eye on your D blood saturation, you don't want to go too high.
Yes I test at least once a year...I am very aware.
right on broseph
K2 doesn't just transport calcium to the skeletal system, but to the teeth, and other places where calcium is needed.
AMEN😍
