WTF is up with Titanium Dioxide (for color) in my multivitamin? Can anyone recommend a decent multivitamin that doesn't have this shit in it? I don't care what color it is, I'm on the go alot and don't always have the time to eat right but one of y'all posted The Fall Of The Cabal and she brought it up... sure enough that crap is in my multivitamin.
I can’t recommend a multi vitamin, I take individual supplements. I have done a lot of research on supplement brands over the years. Look for a company that’s certified by third party testing or certification. (If you are USA) look for made in USA & the ingredients from USA. I prefer vegan or kosher because they don’t have extra added ingredients. Always double check ingredients because companies will be sold and change ingredients to make a dollar.
These are good brands. I’m sure there’s more great brands. I kept seeing these brands come up on multiple sites when I was researching a few months ago. I personally use Natures Way, Solaray & Bulk Supplements brands. I just looked at Bulk Supplements, I personally wouldn’t take their multi. I try to stay away from soy.
Iherb has their brand of supplements. They have good reviews. I don’t know anything about the brand. (Link below)

Many herbs have antiviral & immune properties.
Awesome! Thanks for the input.
Apples and other fruit, and veggies not trying to be cute, works for me. I make smoothies with both all the time , screw drug companies.
I appreciate your input however I live off grid, running a juicer or blender would be a luxury.
Hand crank sausage grinder.
I love my dog, I'm asking about multivitamins not Vietnamese cuisine.
On the whole multivitamins are probably not the best way to get vitamins. Just figure out what vitamins you need and taken them individually.
It changes according to habits and locations. I travel alot. Currently I'm in a region of alpine desert and can't get enough salt but two weeks ago I was living at 9,000 feet and it was 75 degrees every day and chilly at night.
All the more reason to take individual vitamins rather than multivitamins so you can change what you take accordingly.
You just got a whole lot more interesting. Safe travels!
I’ve heard liquid vitamins are much better and more soluble, but that might not be an option due to refrigeration requirements.
Appreciate it. It's not that interesting, I'm a bachelor so I can chase prevailing wage jobs with a per diem. I happen to be a very talented electrician who ironically doesn't have electricity and lives off grid alot lol. Just me and my dog loafing around the Rocky Mountains. Taking off Sunday to wire a cabin in Idaho after that probably an oil skid in Wyoming... did a resort in Telluride last May. I'll pretty much take anything to live happily rural in my beloved mountains.
I just hunter and fisherman with a wiring habit.
