I have never heard that, but knowing what we all now know … I wouldn’t doubt it. My sister and I were even discussing how she very much could be in it. Her father was MI6, she grew up in both Australia and England (hubs for SRA), and she became very big very quick. Plus, her poor daughter seems to be MKULTRA. Also, her ex boyfriend “disappeared” only to be seen in Mexico several years later. All so odd.

Different outlets were saying she was brain dead while others, like liberal Guardian, were stating (prematurely, IMHO) that she had died.
I firmly believe she was MKULTRAed. I wouldn’t doubt if she was murdered…who knows? I feel very bad for her sons.
