It is a brainwashing. The normies are being programming to viscerally hate us with a deep passion. There are techniques which can be done by talk show and news show hosts to bring this hatred about.
It is about subtle language ques, looks of disgust, and pauses with meaningful looks at the viewer. It is project mockingbird. No joke.

I went to one of those hypnotist shows one time in college. It was free, about an hour long, and I wasn't doing anything else at the time, so why not? Any how, I was surprised that about 10% of the crowd fell into a trance and did what they guy told them to do. A few people I didn't know or recognize at all (plants?), but I did know several who went right along with it. I didn't get it, didn't have to resist anything, could tell that going along with it wasn't going to work on me.
My recollections of it are vague, but I remember asking one person about the experience. Based on what he said, the best way to explain it is like sleep walking.
In conclusion, I suspect 10%-20% of the population are like that - open to suggestion, and will do what they are told to do without really knowing that they are doing it.

Some people are afraid of freedom - that would mean taking responsibility for themselves, and seeing other people thrive. It's weird talking to someone who hates to see someone else doing well for themselves. They would rather see people miserable and controlled.
Trump. Literally the poster guy for freedom and liberty... and they can't even name why they don't like him, besides inconsequential personality traits. Why? Because they're dumber than a toddler and they don't listen to HIS words, but those of whatever empire approved parrot or perceived authority told them he said third hand.

Every day i wake up, i feel like im in an alternate universe that leans a little toward hate instead of love. Very different than when i was young. And when i walk around in public its like im a lighthouse with a spot light that people are not use to seeing.

It has been very weird. Even by our pastor who believed that masking and distancing was all about “loving others well”. And by NOT wearing a mask, by standing for freedom to choose what goes into my body, etc, we are considered “rude”, “selfish”, not respecting others, wanting to kill Granny, etc. It was a rough couple years, for sure. Obviously I don’t go to that church anymore.
I find it crazy that the only time you see people wearing USA themed clothing is on Independence Day and those like myself get eye balled when wearing pro USA shirts most days of the week. There are so many people that hate this country and think living in the UK is better. If they actually knew.
Ive always had a ton of Patriotic clothing but since 2016 all of my casual wear shirts, tees, hoodies that I have purchased (many are gifts from the wife) have a Patriotic message.

Not Q-related stuff, because you'll be laughed out of the forum. But use open-source research that backs your claims. I've been doing this for a while on Reddit, dropping redpills where I can here and there. It's a long and slow process, but I think it's worth it.
