They won't. That was a depressing statement and probably came from a person who is struggling at this time.
In reality, the lawyers will get 40% of the lawsuit + legal expenses. That still leaves roughly $5 Million to split between the plaintiffs. Given that there are likely about 100 plaintiffs, that's only about $50,000 each. It's not much, but it's something.
How the fuck do you know? Lawyers are a huge problem and we have no idea how much they will take. I'd assume these scumbags on the other side will counter sue or push a retrial if possible which will keep money out of the hands of the people for even longer.

Heh. That would only be worthwhile if it was $10 million each. Settlements like this don't impact the defendant much. It's basically a slap on the wrist for them and a slap in the face for the workers.

But a legal victory is precedent. It's the foundation/groundwork for billion dollar class action lawsuits in the near future.
They will cower, and they will pay.
But ultimately, the victory is the precedent set and that they won't attempt this again.
Bank of America has been in several class action lawsuits about excessive overdraft fees. Now tell me how precedent means anything if they are protected by the law against having to pay any amount of money they will actually feel.
They will attempt this again. They weren't punished for it. This is how corruption works in an aristocracy: make the public feel that the wealthy criminal has been punished, without actually punishing them.

The point I'm making here is there have been multiple lawsuits, precedent is there, and corporations simply do not care. The only solution I can think of is to remove the class action safety net and force these companies to reimburse their victims as individuals.

I’m glad they got something and yes it must start somewhere, but the settlement should be in the hundreds of millions or more. Sad the attorney was not able to get way more for these people! They’ve lost more than just their jobs, and their good working names! This doesn’t seem to include well, all the pain/suffering/stress they’ve gone through the last few years, in addition to their 1st Amendment religious persecution. I’m hoping the next suit/settlement really makes a statement to America to what is reeeally coming.

I agree, that is like spitting in the ocean. Many of these people who were fired may have lost their house, their car, their marriage due to the stress. The hospitals are despicable. Their employees were heroes when it suited their needs, but when the government bough them off and blackmailed them to force their employees to get the shot, they were yesterday’s trash. It was all about the money. Audit them and I bet any money the CEO was paid to mandate the shots on employees. If that didn’t work, the hospitals were threatened with not being reimbursed for a Medicaid and Medicare patients. The hospital should have been made to pay attorney fees and each employee should have received a minimum of $100,000, because they most likely will be taxed on these funds. The hospital should pay above and beyond lost salaries.
