I was an avid Stargate watcher as it was being released. It was my favorite weekly show. When I first saw Wormhole Extreme my thought was, "What if they are saying something here?" When the follow up came out, I was like "They have to be saying something here!" Of course, being mostly ignorant at the time I completely dismissed that as me fantasizing about "wouldn't it be cool if..."

Now I'm thinking it was an intentional double fourth wall break; breaking the fourth wall inside of an episode about breaking the fourth wall.
