I visited Berlin just before the wall came down and the difference between West and East Berlin was unimaginable. The West was vibrant, exciting, and full of life while the East was like being in a dystopian prison country. I spent 3 days and nights at the wall when it came down watching the East Berliners walk through Checkpoint Charlie into West Berlin with their faces full of tears and awe. West Berlin gave each of them the equivalent of $35 so that they could go and have a beer. Most of them bought a banana. They could not buy bananas in the East and this was the first time they had eaten one.
I associate Capitalism with the discovery of fire, invention of the wheel, firearms. Meaning, once capitalism was "discovered," theres no going back. It is the truest and most pure system for humans to interact with each other and the only system that can support and sustain a free society. They attack it so harshly for a reason. It's not perfect, but neither are humans, which is kinda the point. Its the left's pursuit of this perfection, the utopia, that creates more issues imo. Socialism is pushed because of this very thing. They think they can create a perfect system, you can't.
Is capitalism the best solution? Almost certainly not.
But it is the best solution we have found so far; and you need to bring quite a lot of evidence with you to change that. Unfortunately a lot of academics want to push socialism or communism. Ideologies that have already been disproven time and time again. If you have a new solution that works, it should work on the small scale too, so prove it! and watch as the world adopts it everywhere.
What is your reasoning for ācapitalism is almost certainly not the best solutionā? Iām not even sure why youāre using the word āsolutionā. Capitalism is not a āsolutionā.
Well I guess I mean a solution to life, to being. How can one interact with the world and be successful in continuing on? Capitalism is the best solution to that problem found, so far. What I mean by "almost certainly not" is that there is almost certainly a better solution, but it just has not been found yet. I don't have a better solution, and I'm not claiming that. But I do believe something better exists. But I have no proof for such a solution, just a belief.
Text Book Capitalism is NOT what we have here in the USA at this point.... It is Cronie Capitalism, it is Oligarch Capitalism. Once Big MONEY (1870's on) takes over all the small Mom & Pop Business and consolidates every segment of industry it is no longer Text Book Capitalism.
Oligarch socialist communism in Russia was not Text Book Socialism ether.....
Not ONE of any of the various systems, has NOT been Tainted by the Love of Money is the root of all Evil, Paradigm.
Thus the Oligarch money system is what rules the world today, in it's various forms......
They have subverted our original Capitalism, our foundation. They can not stand that the lowlife plebs were able to attain wealth for themselves because, they could not control everyone that way, that is as well why they keep countries down and do not allow the general populations to be successful. They feel that they are the only ones worthy of the wealth and freedoms and the rest of us are only here to work for them, not prosper for ourselves so we do not give a crap about working for them and we challenge their authority. There is no natural reason why anywhere in the world could not be successful enough to have a thriving population, only man made reasons either fighting within or someone medaling from without(like the globalists do).
Her name is rosenbaum like the pedophile Kyle shit and her goal is not her fellow man's well being either. Just 2 sides of the same coin. There is no such thing as "capitalism". Money is not a religion, marxism is

Communism: You can't be poor if you're dead
