It's so weird to hear helicopters or planes going over my house/neighborhood, we don't get a lot of air traffic, so it's very noticeable when it happens. Well we do get some military - Raytheon T-6B Texan II flying over occasionally from bases nearby, as a matter of fact one was flying high while I was watching the helicopter. And now this one 5 times so far today and have a feeling it will fly over at least one more time, going back the way it came, because that's what it did before.

It appears to be a long line, then a box of some sort, then a long bar with round disks attached to the bar.

I'm wondering if it's scanning for something, because it is just hanging around within a few miles (I'm guessing as it still sounds pretty loud, so its close by) and it's flying very closely to same path back and forth.

About a week ago a military/navy (Chinook) helicopter flew over twice and posted about it.

Oh and my daughter came home and told me when she was getting gas, she saw a helicopter towing something different than what flew over our house. She said it was like a long box type thing. She was home to see this one that flew over the house after the one she saw and said it was totally different, but she was unable to get a pic or video of the one she saw when getting gas.

I looked each time on ADS-B Exchange and this one and the one daughter said she saw didn't come up at all. From the exchange there was no helicopters flying anywhere near our area today.
