I'm so glad you posted this. I wondered what was going out from two places in Texas the other day. One was Dallas-Ft Worth area and the other was south of it, Killeen or Waco.
The bullseye bands were most of a circle expanding out from the cites.
I've only checked the radar two days in the past several months due to no rain, so when the thunder makes people check is not choice timing on their part if they want to hide what they're doing.
I just want to know if what the weather dude said is true. Guess it’s not just a California thing.

This is an old clip. I remember seeing this a year or two ago.
I can confirm their aint enough chaff in the US arsenal to cover that much area enough to affect weather radar. It is also debris and most likely (given the era of the video) not have been picked up by their station radar anyways.
I think your chances of effecting the weather with chaff, are as about as good as warming up the globe with flares.
How do we know it’s really chaff? ‘Any-Twosome Newsom’ could be up to something.
There is no way to know for sure, however chaff is made specifically to be very radar reflective.
How often do you see bands like that even with no weatherman pointing it out?
Would it be safe to say if you had to put a lot of stuff in the air to control the weather you wouldn't want news stations and universities to be picking it up from across the state?
Speculation, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they're dropping metal and whatever else on fields so that it'll end up in the food supply and in human bodies to aid in the construction of the network the "vaccines" are growing in people that I guess will be affected by 5G.

This is not about weather manipulation. They can make artificial clouds though. We have all seen those. I’m wondering where the heavy duty shit is coming from. HAARP? Some other way to direct or influence the jet stream or fronts?
