France removed it from the safe, easily accessible list in February of...2021, I think.

A couple of HCQ factories were destroyed. I don't recall which country or countries.

i remember the france story. was over the counter until like january 2020. apparently, when french people vacation they go to thalian and stuff...so they take HCQ as a preventative for the mosquito born illnesses.
