Found it - it was Huber and Horowitz. 1553 talks about Horowitz having 470 investigators at his disposal and Huber working with him, and 4773 lets us know Durham took over Huber's investigation. That should mean Durham has the same access...
It also says there might be another prosecutor outside of DC.
Pretty much everything else has run the clock out on statutes of limitations. RICO, which is up Durham's ally, would be the logical choice. Lots of latitude to cast a wide net.
I still wonder if Durham is a front for something bigger. The fact that the deep state has not taken him out.
