Since the Ohio Supreme Court has upheld the decision, the bakery needs to go the the Marshals to collect the money from the College. If the College doesn’t fork it over, then the Marshals can auction off the College's assets until the $36M is raised.

For those outside of Ohio, Oberlin College is possibly the most libtard of all colleges and universities in the U.S. Seriously, the institution is off the charts. It attracts and produces raving lunatics, “karens” and “trans” in the hundreds and thousands. Just looking around at the posted signage and messaging, unreal. Its a cesspool and needs to be destroyed.

Unfortunately and sadly the owner and son have not lived to see the fruits of their fight against defamation. If anyone needs to be smeared, it is the punks who attempted to steal from the bakery and then, along with Oberlin College, falsely condemned the bakery as being racist. Instead of “manning up” and apologizing to the owners they did what all liberals do these days, blame the innocent and call them racist and fascist. Then the far left and liberal university backed the punks who most likely never worked a day in their life but felt they were entitled to take whatever they wanted, using fascism as their cover. I would love to know where these thieves are today and what they are doing with their lives. The courts need to take over the finances of the college an turn the tuition money’s and alumni donations over to the bakery, even if it takes 10 years.

True. I hope the family doesn’t have to fight Oberlin College anymore to get their due. Enough is enough. At some point the court should step in and say to the college, “Hand over all your books.” Look at their expenses in and out, if they don’t have insurance to cover the award, then the college buildings and property/land are awarded to the bakery, and the college is defunct. That will leave a lot of students in a pickle, but not the bakery’s fault.
