A federal judge on Friday unsealed a detailed list of the materials the FBI took from former President Donald Trump’s Florida home last month
Among the notable entries: “43 Empty Folders with ‘CLASSIFIED’ Banners.” There are other entries that have similar descriptions bringing a sum total of 48 empty folders that had “classified” markings.

Does it mean that the entire set of documents is declassified and thus there's no case, or that the entire raid team and the judge should be indicted under the Espionage Act, as none of them had clearance to obtain or see the content of the docs ?

Classified markings on the outside means nothing if Trump declassified ALL. They were empty? Trump knew they were coming.

President Trump never had his security clearance revoked. It's not like he's suddenly a danger to the country, now that he DOESN'T have the nuclear button. Also, he already declassified everything.
