I thought no way Biden can speak 20+ mins with our bumbling. He made mistakes bit he never veered off into a blank expression.
I was thinking whether it was shot in segments and patched together then sold as a live event.
That was my thought, as well. Sure, they can use a double, but even that is chancey with as close as we are watching.

He’s been spending a lot of time in Delaware. They could have flipped his sleep schedule and then dosed him with a good amount of speed to keep him on course for an hour or so.
