Yowza. I was thankfully able to vote through my felonious broker but apparently was not enough.
Doesn't this pretty much make DWAC worthless? I don't know how the whole SPAC system works but from what I can gather a lot of the value was tied to being able to sync up w/Trump. If they can't do that isn't DWAC just a pile of cash sitting around with no intended purpose? Hopefully something will still be worked out.
The original Reuters article that claims this, is bogus. The info is from an anonymous source. DWAC can still extend the deadline 6 months, this vote was just to be able to extend it 12 instead.

Yeah after further reading this morning there still appear to be options on the table.

I believe utilization is still at 100%. Worse case the shorts have to cover which will boost the price back to a break even point.
Nfa.
Shareholder meeting is today. Votes can be cast at that time. It's not over
Looks like Chief Executive Patrick Orlando is going to extend the voting deadline until Thursday to attempt to gather the necessary votes.
Get the word out!

If it is the same for other non-US shareholders as it was for me, then the foreign shareholders had difficulties or were like me, unable to vote.
Maybe we are too many foreign shareholders?
