For clarity - he was not jailed because of his refusal to use pronouns. He was jailed for remaining on school grounds after a suspension. That is his own choice of civil disobedience which I applaud. But it should not be misconstrued that he was jailed because of his refusal to use the requested pronouns.
If being suspended specially includes being banned from the premises until the suspension is over, unless specifically invited in, then yeah, he would indeed be arrested, as it may be considered trespassing.
Fuck off with that meaningless distinction. It's no different than "you're not jailed for not wearing a mask, you're jailed for not leaving when the shopkeeper demanded you leave because you weren't wearing a mask." Or "you weren't fired for not getting the vaccine, you were fired for not getting your weekly negative test that only the unvaccinated are required to get."
He was jailed for not using the woke pronouns. It doesn't matter if there are extra steps. Those extra steps and people like you pointing them out are exactly why things like this happen so easily.
That’s simply not true. He was not jailed for pronouns at all, and you become a liar when you say that. He made his own choices to be jailed, and those are decisions he was proud to make, which I agree with and support. He is standing up for what is right in his eyes. But he was jailed for continuing to remain on school grounds after his suspension. Don’t be a liar.
Bullshit. He was jailed for the pronouns. He chose to not say them; they tried to ruin his life over it, he wouldn't comply with them ruining his life, so they jailed him. Adding that extra step of "ruining his life" between saying the pronouns and being sent to jail doesn't change anything in practice, except make it easier for them to get away with this shit because of pedantic pieces of shit like yourself.
It's literally the exact same way most mask and vaccine mandates worked. And people like you pedantically pointing out "it's not technically a mandate" and "nobody's going to jail for not being vaccinated" only furthered their tyranny.
No, I agree that it is tyrannical to force him to use pronouns that he doesn’t want to use. But you rob him of his own willful decision to stand against tyranny when you say he was JAILED because of pronouns. No. He was jailed for civil disobedience. Your lack of truth only undercuts his own sacrifices and turns them into something out of his control.
First - He willfully chose to rebel against the use of pronouns and was suspended. I applaud his stand.
Second - he willfully chose to rebel against his suspension and was jailed. I applaud his stand.
For using the “wrong” pronouns. My comment wasn’t making a judgement one way or another, only to clarify that there was a suspension, then an arrest because he was on the premises after being restricted from it.

That is an important clarification.
It's an extremely important clarification, as that renders the not using pronouns argument moot.
See the Wachowski Brothers.
They'll continue to live in their current mansions with their armed security and many years' worth of food.
So you consider being suspended from your place of work, for not participating in a mentality ill person's delusion, ok?
The reason for suspending him is absurd, therefore the reason for putting him in jail is equally as absurd, it's not moot at all.
The reason for the suspension is fucking terrible. The reason for the arrest should be apparent to all - possible trespassing.
He was suspended for not using the pronouns, which went against his religious beliefs (and proper grammar. A young girl is not “they”).

Your lies do nothing but minimize his own battle.
But why was he suspended ?
