If you have a trading account, check your notifications for the proxy vote. It may not be mailed out.
Already voted to extend, thanks. I saw the the share prices went down a lot before the markets opened. If they don’t get the shareholder vote, the board may unilaterally extend the window another six months. I can’t remember where I read that, but was looking at the news for DWAC.

I was freaking out that theyd liquidate but it looks like theres still more time. I have high hopes for dwac but i dont think i'll be throwing any more money at it.
I don't understand as well as I thought i did. Im not selling, unless im liquidated. I keep throwing money at things i thought would help us win the war but im just about broke on freedom money. Don't invest more than you are willing to lose.

I hold my DWAC thru Fidelity. I had a corporate action listed for DWAC, but the tender offer expired 9/1 and I have no options for voting. No email, no control number, nada. Despite the vote being extended.
I ended up calling the proxy voting company in u/CovfefeNegro's Benzinga link and it took them a few minutes to get me connected to a specialist. Since Fidelity isn't doing anyone any favors, they manually looked up my name and I was able to vote via phone. Voting FOR in both cases.

How did you vote through robinhood? I used the link they sent out but it says the vote deadline was missed. I don't have a control number for logging into Continental for proxy vote.

A couple weeks ago a confusing deadline came, the message you got saying deadline passed was probably that, the proxy vote is today.

I voted a week or so ago, not long after I received my email from TD Ameritrade. Voted "for" on all questions.

How do I get a control number if I'm using RobinHood?
I was, but the form I was directed to says the deadline was missed and everything is greyed out. Someone else gave me some phone numbers to vote by phone so I'm looking into that at the moment.
Go into your brokerage account and look for "proxy voting", "voting", or "corporate actions"
Your brokerage may not have emailed you.
Very important to vote yes on all items.
I found an email from last week. when I go to ballots, the options are greyed out and there is text that says "missed deadline". I think it's too late sadly.

Do you have to have owned the shares by a specific date to vote? Already voted all of the shares I bought a while ago with Continental Stock and Fidelity both, but I purchased more shares last week and I’m trying to figure out how to vote with those shares. I’m not getting any help from Fidelity and I have no open votes available.
