We know they can control / manipulate rain, and apparently 'steer' hurricanes. So just a step further to some other crazy things they may have figured out.
Wow that is crazy. Earthquakes are a common and natural geological occurrence that rely primarily on the movement and friction of tectonic plates. I can't imagine any sort of tech that could cause a man-made earthquake. Strategically placed nukes along a fault line that was already primed to go for decades? Perhaps, but still implausible.
The government could easily put nukes underwater in the ocean where the tectonic plates meet, and cost earthquakes and tsunami‘s. How do you think the tsunami happened in Japan in 2011? The government in our New World order overlords are capable of just about anything. These people are evil.
They could, but it would have to complement existing geological movement and potential energy. All that would be doing is speeding up the existing processes, not creating an earthquake from scratch. Given the fact that earthquakes happen all the time, it seems illogical anyone would try and harness that power around an area as insignificant as Papua New Guinea.
Also I didn’t claim that the earthquake near Papua New Guinea was manufactured.
I stated that the earthquake in the ocean near Japan was manufactured. Thus causing the tsunami that shut down their power plant, and cost a great deal of damage throughout their nation.
Imagine, for instance, that China had the capability to focus extreme heat in a particular area, by manipulating weather patterns. Sure be a good way to kill off a bunch of cattle and destroy crops, just for starters...
As I was watching the clip from New Guinea, I was trying to catch the coloration of the sky on the horizon. I'm not certain, because it may have been chromatic aberration of the lens of the camera/cellphone, but it looked like there may have been something like "rainbow clouds" briefly seen for a couple of moments.

New Guinea is part of the ring of fire, a very active tectonic region. Not a surprise. They are lucky they were on the ground floor.
