Dulles isn't an Air Force Base, it's just a regular old airport. Take Gateway Pundit headlines with an extremely large grain of salt. They get the important parts right (Trump in DC), while flubbing up the easy stuff.

In my personal opinion, if Trump is to be Indicted, it will be at one of his homes at 4 am, with All of Media tipped off, with about 500 armed storm troopers for maximum historical photo and video value. They will want all of this for their nightly news and show trials for years and years.
