They unveiled it at Hart Plaza last night at the Detroit Auto Show. They changed the iconic mustang logo somewhat (havent seen it but the guy on radio loves it) and heard they are calling the high performance model the "dark horse". One guy at work says it is pushing 800 hp to match the new vettes. It comes with a drift brake. WCSX.com (classic rock station here in Detroit) has two galleries up.
If you do go to their website, look for pics of the Stone Soup Bronco that they just built and raffled off, with all proceeds going to vets. Every part and all the work was donated so every penny goes to vets. Its a '74 Bronco thats pushing 500 hp. It was unveiled at the Woodward Dream Cruise. The work is exquisite. The rear upholstery is stunning. Only in Detroit.
Now perform an even more impressive trick and make them affordable again.
American muscle cars went from fun and reasonably priced 30-40 years ago to being more expensive than a fully loaded luxury SUV these days. I don't want to drop a quarter of what my house costs just to have a fun weekend toy.
Good for Ford! Hope GM wakes up now.
Always liked how Ford tightened their belt instead of taking the 0bama bailout that GM and Chrysler gobbled up.
Maybe Ford feels guilty for supplying Germany with truck engines in WWII. 🤷♂️
Mary Barra says "What? We are woke."
Been waiting for my Bronco almost two years. Don’t get your hopes up to get one soon.
Taiwan chip manufacturers and deliberate supply chain issues at play there. My F350 has been waiting for a starter for 6 weeks.
More like not being chained to recharging stations for hours brings convenience an electric vehicle cannot provide.
I roll in a 1995 GMC 5.0L RWD. I just may go Ford someday if automotive giants stay their courses..... if that truck ever dies.
I'm still doing well with my 1999 Chevy 3/4 ton 4-WD, and plan to hang onto it as long as I can keep it running.
I would too. Would prefer something like that but money is hard for me to come by and I was able to snatch this one for $2k in 2017.

Too cool, thank you for sharing!
Good. I'm buying some Ford stock.

I'll keep my fox, it's nice and all but too techy, all new cars are
Hell yeah. As a car guy myself, I am thrilled
Many companies will need you and I to guide them out of the woke mess they have created for themselves.
Fabulous car and Ford's most reliable historically. (V8) Get the GT if you buy one.
