Question is. Will they actually do something about it? Or just write strongly worded letters?
Many of these AGs are up for re-election in Nov. Just saying...
The other 26 are in Soros pocket.
Pay with cash, problem solved.
Go ahead and tell me how to do that for online orders/purchases.
Buy your guns locally with cash. That way it's only the feds that have the info, not globohomo asses that sell your info and short your money.
I tend to agree but that also robs us of extended product warranties from some credit cards. Those can sometimes give you 3 more years of protection.
I think the real answer here is to force the credit card companies to abide by the same crap they force industry to abide by - PCI. See this article.
That should be backed up with Federal and State legislation. Texas could probably write something up (Ken Paxton could in his sleep) that says any credit card company, bank, or payment app that singles out gun purchases using MCCs like they are trying to do will be fined massively, and/or banned in the state. Then other states will follow, and instantly they face losing out on a TON of revenue. Paxton could loosely model that from his recent social media law.
