The condition of lactic acidosis is the culprit. It was completely figured out by 1959, then swept under the rug by drug-centered medicine. Now, more people suffer from it because of our nutrient deficient food supply.
Main story here is the issue of lactic acid that is in your blood. Our food is lacking in nutrition and can't process the lactic acid. Enter the B vitamins and their important role here. There are 24 B vitamins, some of which have been outright BANNED. Thanks again to big pharma and government cronies.
Try finding a complete 24 B vitamin supplement -- you can't. There'll be 6 to 9 and that's it.
Still, there are supplements that help. But if you want to go hardcore: eat liver, preferably raw. You may need a few weeks to several months for it to work effectively though.
Thank you Dr. Darren Schmidt, DC for sharing this information.
over the target warning: Looks like the ADL has alarm bells ringing, the shills have arrived. I think this topic is worthy of our attention. Lactic acidosis has NOT been discussed before. This post has it ALL. People are having success battling anxiety even with single (!) B vitamin supplements, and we're talking big, big B vitamin supplementation through foods here. They're scared.
Lactic acid presents as fatigue. Not surprised it connects to anxiety.
FATIGUE makes cowards of us all. Vince lombardo
I had severe lactic acidosis after a dehydration scare a few years ago. I couldn't walk normally for werks. Heart palps and tachycardia all over the place
Anxiety was one way to describe it. I felt like I could die overnight.
Another nefarious aspect is most B supplements are methylated which not everyone handles well. It sets me off personally
This is a good post, keep researching..I had read blurbs about the banned B vitamins. I wonder if there's maybe eastern medicine books that may reveal more
bump to return
I recently tried lithium orotate and all it did was make it worse. Went through hell for a few days there.
From the video - banned B vitamins:
vitamin B4 prevents muscle paralysis. So when you get that horrible cramping in your legs for 20 seconds, that's a B4 deficiency. What if it happens to your heart? That's death. Sudden heart cramping death, B4 deficiency. You can't go and buy it at the store, it's BANNED.
vitamin B15. In 1980 there was a study done the journal American Medical Association. This study said vitamin B15, whatever it is, you don't need it. Didn't even say what B15 is good for. Just you know, we're telling you that you don't need it.
There are like 30 medical diagnoses for lactic acidosis. By 1959 they had it all figured out. In the 1960s big pharma started working on obfuscating the true cause, working hard at keeping you sick.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) also gets mentioned for its B vitamin content. But it can feed fungus in the body and cause some trouble that way.
Uhm... B4 = https://www.amazon.com/Adenine-Vitamin-Powder-Nucleobase-Derivative/dp/B079TBFLKW ?
Who banned it?
About lithium orotate: the reason I tried it is I read people's positive comments about it. It didn't work for me but it might work for you is all I'm saying...
Thank you for sharing this. I liked this guy a lot and sent for his book.
There is a 59-page book on Dr. Schmidt's webpage. The link is in the description under the youtube video. No email address shenanigans, direct links, two clicks. The pdf opens in your browser.
Oh and we made new friends at the ADL or some other big pharma shills. Repost, link to this post, and repost, repost, REPOST!
Dr. Schmidt first explains anxiety. How the body functions in the context of lactic acidosis, leading to worrying thoughts and eventually anxiety and panic:
(I added this just for completeness sake, it was copy pasted from downloaded auto generated subtitles and with minimal edits. All I got was like a single sentence without any punctuation, so bear with me frens)
So the word anxiety comes from a Latin word and the original definition is tightening narrowing distress. So when people get this tightening feeling up in here [puts hands on chest, pointing out upper chest area just under the throat and down a bit, middle chest area] it's not an emotional thing. It's actually just a physical thing and it could be the esophagus that's tightening up. It could be the pec muscles it could be the neck muscles could be the heart so some people go into the hospital with this problem and they don't have any blocked arteries and the medical doctors they look for blocked arteries they can't find it so they send them to psychiatry. But here's the original problem and it happens in the blood so this is what causes this it's a it's a condition of too much lactic acid in the blood ... and too little oxygen ... lactic acid is what makes your muscle sore when you exercise and lactic acid makes your arteries dilate so when you're exercising that's really good because you want more oxygen in and waste products out but if you're just sitting in a chair and then you get this condition of lactic acidosis just -osis means a condition of just sitting in your chair your arteries dilate the circulation slows down because the arteries are bigger and then the heart starts beating really hard to try to push that blood through faster and that's called palpitations so now picture the capillaries they're so small that red a blood cell has to fold in half in order to get through the capillaries and we have these beds of capillaries where oxygen gets transferred to the cells and waste gets transferred back into the blood capillary bed engorgement that's what happens so now I have a stagnation or a stasis or stopping of the circulation right at these teeny tiny cells and then you get cell death and then you get pain and and the muscles tighten up because they're starving and they freak out and they tighten up and then he gets this anxiety and if you get capillary engorgement in the brain same thing the brain cells start to die and you get these horrible thoughts fear anxiety doubt worry or maybe you want to leave I've had people just they suddenly want to just go somewhere and lastly people review their life's decisions and it's all because of the quality of the blood it's not because you're crazy it's not because you need a psychiatrist it's not because you need counseling it's because you don't have enough B vitamins to convert lactic acid out of the blood
Oh my, perhaps the jew is you?
No, I’m pretty sure it’s the guy called Schmidt.
Schmidt is not a jew family name, it is of German origin. If you doubt it, look up his bio and his photograph. That's a man of German blood, pure and simple.
Just let him go...
Have you considered that anxiety has exactly 0 to do with b vitamins and everything to do with your mind/body/spirit complex reaction to real events in your life? Courage and understanding will help you, not some vitamins. I think it’s gonna take a lot of work to unwind your physicalist belief system, which causes you to obsess over supplements etc. it’s entire purpose is to distract you from the truth of your core wounds by constructing a tangled mess of though/science as a defence mechanism. Source: A long time ago I thought all the silly stuff that you think now.
Sure, this is good to bring up, let's be honest. But I don't know why you come up with supplements. The ultimate thing here is to return to wholesome foods. That's why no supplements are pushed. I guess you didn't read to the end. Eat more liver, raw liver will be even better.
Edit - frens, don't feed the shills - shills get paid when you reply to their comments.
No, the ultimate thing is NOT to return to wholesome food. That is your dogmatic physicalist belief system talking. Eating good food is an effortless and automatic result of development of consciousness that you don’t need to scientifically obsess over or put any effort into. You are wasting your time thinking about b vitamins. Just let go and look inward at your anxiety.
Source? Like what, a Harvard peer reviewed study? Or like… Buddha? What source would be good for you? 20 years of psychedelics and mediation? Reading dozens of the greatest instructional books ever written? There is no source and there are no words that can tell you anything because you are full of hatred and other sorts of negativity. I have written full instructions already in my own book. Hundreds of people have read it, and dozens have emailed me telling me it has solved their pain and is the information they were looking for all their life. But what good would it be to you? It would be as good to you as every other spiritual and epistemological teacher has ever been to you: useless. All we can say for people at your level is: mediate. Because you have no frame of reference with which to understand anything more precise. If you want one exercise, if you really truly want one, then here it is: write out 1000 words on your metaphysical beliefs as a reply and I’ll happily tell you your key contradictions and misidentification. If you can’t recognise that that is the greatest exercise and one of the most generous offers anyone has ever made to you, then by all means don’t do the exercise.
The food we eat, and the vitamins that we ingest to our food or otherwise are super important to our health. To think otherwise is silly. However; spirituality has a lot to do with anxiety and depression, and there are things that you can do within yourself to work on those. But if you don’t have the proper diet, and the proper vitamins provided through nutrition or otherwise, yes your body will break down, and causing all kinds of problems. Anxiety being one of them.
Just basic electrolytes are a very good example of how the body can break down very quickly without them. It won’t matter how close you are to God, how spiritual you are, or how well you’ve dealt with your past traumas that will make your body better if you don’t have your basic electrolytes. Electrolytes are the building blocks of good health. To think otherwise is not only silly, but foolish.
Vitamins and minerals are a key proponent to a healthy human being. however; all the vitamins and minerals in the world cannot heal your soul, or your spiritual being. I think it’s important to note that those two can work hand-in-hand to make a well-balanced and healthy human being. To think that you can do one with out the other is silly.
