Lots of adults that shouldn't have kids. Sometimes they manage to escape home hell, sometimes not. My parents never should have even dated anyone, nevermind had kids. It's also a sign of intelligence if you know you wouldn't be a good parent, and don't succumb to peer pressure (nudge nudge) to have kids, thus ruining multiple lives. Some people have narcissist parents; sometimes it takes them a while to recover, sometimes they never do and have to be medicated to barely function.
The "parents" that rape their children don't have a "strong moral compass."

because i don't have any kids,
and i still act like a kid.
