The Trump red folder was on January 6th, before he gave his speech. He appeared to draw attention to it. I had noticed the Xi red folders.
The red folder is probably just a coincidence. We don't know when the photos of Trump or Putin were taken, so they could have been from months earlier.
Main thing is that Xi is purging Chinese officials who aren't onboard with his agenda.
Trumps picture was from Jan 6 and Putins was from the beginning of the Ukraine special military operation. The red folders seem to coincide with big news days.
Red folders help you find stuff in the pile of crap on most desks. It denotes importance.
