Anyone else notice how all this high crime in so called blue states happens to coincidentally be after pot was legalized? What he needs to do is make it mandatory 15 years for possession.

I agree on the benefits, but what about the spike in DUIs since legalizing mary jane in places like Colorado? Maybe there should be stricter punishments for DUIs in general? In our midterm here in Missouri there's an amendment we can vote on to legalize MJ, but I'm going to vote "No" because there's already too many retarded drivers as is. Not interested in seeing a 90% increase in DUIs.

According to Colorado State Patrol data, arrests increased 90% for drivers impaired by cannabis and alcohol, and 17% for drivers impaired by cannabis and other substances between 2019 and 2020

State Patrol cited 4,805 drivers for DUI in 2020. Of those, 865 involved alcohol combined with marijuana, up from 455 in 2019.

In 2019, of the 416 fatalities in which a driver was tested for Delta-9 THC, 25% were positive — up from 20% in 2016.
