Yea these employers are gonna reap the penalties of bowing down to mandates. Now how is it gonna work for government and military employees? Disability and disability unemployment costs are going to soar.
The military will have no recourse. They are property of the government
Wonder how it will affect VA disability claims….
And to think all those BILLIONS going to Ukraine could have funded the VA! There are 18.5 million U.S. veterans alive today. The VA is funded 200 billion dollars per year. That works out to more than $10,000 per veteran each year!
Whoa, now THIS is going to get interesting.
Being forced to take the shot by your employer aught to be grounds to file a lawsuit, It's funny how all these companies can now be outed for being in collusion with the deep state. Track and trace, sue them into oblivion.
Forcing people (employees) to take an experimental injection released under EUA is called medical coercion... and is considered to be a crime against humanity.
Every company guilty of this should be sued into oblivion. Just a heads up - their defense will be that people were not forced to get the injections and that it was voluntary (no coercion).
Insurance companies are refusing to pay benefits for the same reasons - voluntarily taking an experimental injection is considered to be a form of suicide... so no life insurance payouts.
I personally cannot participate in any of these types of lawsuits, since I refused to comply with their mandates... I have no injury and therefore have no standing.
Edit: also, the original post is incorrect, saying you can't sue Pfizer. Fraud vitiates everything, including their exemptions from liability. All the big pharma companies are fair game for lawsuits as well.
Not a law expert but imo the family members that has lost a loved one due to a “take the jab or lose your job” employer mandate my have a better case for liability damages.
I bet there are some cases to be made for discrimination.
My employer threatened me often - I work for State Agency. I and many others refused, they kept threatening us to fire us. We never gave in. We never got jabbed, and never got fired. If they fired us, the place would have shut down.
As much dysfunction as there are at my job, and the people are willing to stab each other in the back at every chance, we did hold out on this. We forced their hand, and they caved.
Just imagine if all the other "men" out there did the same.
And for those who say, "you could have sued later for injuries," I say true, but you are the one going to have to live with those injuries, just as I would had I gotten sick and "long covid" becomes a serious injury. Who knows what those will become further down the road. I feel better taking my route.
You RULE, patriot. Thank you for YOUR service!
👏👏👏
10 year waiting list? What’s the deal with that?
Why is there a 10 year long wait for your sister?
That’s beyond absurd. You can’t sue or get a lawyer?
All the bad companies should get fucked pretty hard. Let the purge begin.
It's too late to pretend to be a man now. A man would have said no to the death jab in the first place.
“A Man Called Sue “
Excellent
For once my employer being a cheapskate was useful. They didn’t mandate anything for staff because they said we were expendable and replaceable. So it wasn’t worth waisting the time of the legal department.
I was fired early this year for "not following company policy" due to the vax mandates. My religious exemption was denied with no reasoning given - I later found out they claimed it was because letting me WFH would have posed "undue hardship" for the corporation (which is bullshit).
I contacted a well known lawfirm that's gotten headlines here on GAW, the day I was fired. We submitted a claim to the EEOC, as that's where they told me we needed to begin the process - you need to pursue all other remedies before bringing a lawsuit to bear, which seems consistent with other legal advice I've read. But it's been almost six months since my claim was submitted and no substantive progress has been made, I feel. Corrupt EEOC is working hand-in-hand with the CDC to make sure that they are dragging their feet as much as possible.
I'm guessing I'll get the right to sue if the EEOC denies my claim against my employer, but I've been largely apart from the process and letting the lawfirm handle everything. They told me they've sparred with my employer and the EEOC but we're still waiting judgement from EEOC. The EEOC fines are light for my multi-billion dollar employer and would amount to a drop in the bucket. Suing for a big lawsuit would be more substantial, as a monetary penalty for what they did, but a part of me wishes this would all conclude, so I could move on with my life. I poured a large part of my adulthood into working there and it sucks to think about all of this BS.
All of the vax mandate lawsuit headlines I've seen are mostly state/city/county government employees or the class actions against big healthcare corporations.....nothing much against single, "private" employers. I'd like to see some wins for individuals there.
The headline here is for direct vax injury and I'm thinking my situation is a bit different under "wrongful termination" and "discrimination"......so more patience is needed in my case.
🙏🙏🙏
I hope people will learn that it doesn’t pay to just “go along”. May they pay many high penalties.
What about people who simply got the jab, then got sick from it (which the pharma corps all claimed was normal) then had to lose their sick days, and work income for a few days because of jab illness? They should be able to sure to reclaim those lost sick days too, and work income.
The company coerced them into taking a shot that has a [documented] known "normal" affect to cause illness. Therefore the company needs to reimburse people who had to use sick days, and miss work because of that "normal," and expected side effect of the drug.
Imagine if all companies that had these policies had to record these days off as workplace injuries (as is required with mandatory flu vaccine policies)
I dont know how this would be brought as a lawsuit though (to force companies tonreport this or face fines for osha violations)
And schools/colleges/universities?
We will see how many employers remain dedicated to the Pfizer cause.
and MORE evidence is piling up every minute.
Bad title, be a man. It should be Be a Patriot.
Should be able to sue politicians and government employers also.
