To prevent others from selling merchandise, don't they have to provide a service that already sells merchandise with "White Lives Matter" on it? I dunno.
When I got a trademark, it had to be for a specific thing, like a tee shirt, and I had to show no one else was using it for that thing, or that my use was clearly different somehow, perhaps because of a logo or special design. For instance, every possible slogan has been the title of a book, if not also a song and movie, but maybe not a coffee blend. A slogan already in use seems too general. But it wouldn't hurt to start flooding the world with "white lives matter" in many applications, to make it even more general.
A} the trademark and copyright shenanigans in this country are out of control.
B} CAUCASIAN LIVES MATTER
From NPR, the same wonderful network that brought you abortion audio.

I don't think trade marks work that way... I guess we'll find out.

They wouldn't want anyone to find out who the real racists are.

Well I mean, I'm Caucasian, not white.
Lol. Super easy work around, and less history (white power)
Also harder to argue against it
Semantics, fun.
