The creeps will steal and subvert beautiful and Godly things. Its their MO. Since I was little I have been fascinated by snowflakes, their intricate design and that no two are alike. As you know, snowflakes are six-pointed due to the crystalline structure of frozen water. When I learned of the star of Rephan I was initially of the thought that I should avoid all things six pointed, including snowflakes. What I came to realize later is the ridiculousness of letting Lucifer steal everything that is beautiful. He shouldn't just get to steal everything and we shouldn't let him. I am going to enjoy and admire snowflakes just the same, thank you very much!
Us too. Once our youngest found out it was a pagan holiday, he was done with it. We don't push things hard or anything like that, he just decided it was yucky.
I tend to agree with this. However, when one meaning is truly despicable like the spiral triangle, or when they've so universally won the meaning war on a symbol like with rainbows, then i can't just ignore their meanings. (I mean I guess I do with rainbows for young oblivious children) I'm not crazy about the unicorn merchandise (I believe it's an evil symbol) and it makes me cringe when my child has it but I allow it.
I guess I was hoping to be really good with the peace symbol, as I've seen a parallel in MAGA and old hippie stuff. Like holistic medicine, and anti-war, and anti-neocon, etc...
...this write up touched on the inverted Nero cross concept....
...I am an old hippy and have seen my share of peace signs, but it has gained a reputation of being a communist icon over the years whether deservingly so or not...
Yep all it was to me while observing hippy culture was "make love not war" as they say. What made me realize the hypocrisy was seeing that the flower children were the ones to spit on our veterans when they came home from 'nam. The hippies were the libtards of that era. Or were they just confused? No offense to any old hippies. I'm not the joiner type but I was sure a 'watcher' including the Laurel Canyon culture. And those peace signs were everywhere.
yah, that's what I read, but I was wondering if (like with so many others things), there's an "actual truth" that I hadn't heard about.
The creeps don't get to decide what all symbols and numbers mean. Take what you like.

Ohhhhh and Halloween imagery is completely ruined for me now. It used to be my favorite holiday!

Rainbows can apparently have 6 or 7 colors, and we prefer 7...

...in hindsight, they (we) were right about the war...
...but very wrong about the lads and lassies that fought it...
