That only matters if the margin of victory is less than the number of electoral votes Florida has. This has only happened once in the last century (Bush v Gore)
Is this referring to the fact that a President and VP candidate cannot be from the same state? Trump can just move again to New Jersey, or back to New York.
They can be from the same state, the rule is very narrow. From Article II of the Constitution:
“The electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for two persons, of whom one at least shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves.”
Except….how? Trump still lives in FL

And it would be stupid to give that up…..
You can argue that, but you asked "How?" That's the answer.
Thanks…Um, it was meant to be rhetorical…lol

Yep, that is what I was saying, but it only takes electors away…they can be from the same state.

Part of that was superseded by the 12th amendment, but they didn't take the part out about losing the votes.
How? Voter fraud will prevent
Constitution…two people from same state you forfeit electors….you must know this.
Maybe there will be a new Capitol somewhere else. Philadelphia perhaps.
How would that change things?
