I get what you're saying truly (especially with the various login across platform/site methods), and I don't dismiss any possibility completely, but I for one am not going to let these assholes memory hole the fact that the handle/username IS the digital ID. They can go fuck themselves if they're too lazy to check even if the troll creates one that's very similar.
Too bad they didn't do it to Pfizer and Moderna. Why harm the company that makes life-saving insulin?

This is the risk of businesses having socmed dependency for their brand messaging. Cant wait to see someone troll pfizer this way, and say all their products cause more problems than they cure, or coke claiming they'll pay damages to all the people suffering from diabetes due to their products.
That said, easiest way to avoid financial ruin for a business is to not be on twitter at all. Its not like any of the corps need to do this to survive as companies. Its just a virtue signal channel at the end for them. If you are gonna play stupid games, get ready to win stupid prizes.
